Fellow Shooters,

The 2010 High-power League meeting will be held on January 31st 2010 at 12:30 in the main clubhouse.  Please note: there will also be a skeet league this day so the clubhouse may be quite busy. Food should be available from the kitchen and drinks from the bar. 

Topics of discussion to include the following:

1. Looking forward to 2010 season

2. Formation of an Awards Committee

3. Reporting of scores CSC web-site

4. Reporting of scores to the N.R.A.

5. Scheduling of the PA 300 State Championship

6. Range work days

7. Picnics after the matches

8. Contact Information update forms

9. Set date for 2011 meeting

Just a few notes: 

Work days on the range. -  Weather is always a factor, with this in mind, there should be two dates scheduled in case of unfavorable weather or we do not get everything done in one day.  Items needing attention will be: sand bag repair/replacement, carrier maintenance, road sign for 300 yard use, target faces and frame repair along with pit boxes being cleaned and re-stocked.  There may need to be monor range improvement this year depending on how the 300 yard line weathers the winter. (So far, so good)

Please take the time to print the shooter information form and bring it to the meeting or one of the matches.  I am revising my data base and need current information.

A few final comments:

Remember help keep the pits clean this year, take your trash with you or place it in a proper container.

Keep the range boxes orderly and stocked. 

Try to use/take only what is needed .... but if you need it for the match, by all means get it.

I am hopeful everyone had a safe and Happy Christmas and New Year.  I look forward to seeing all who can make the meeting and receiving replys from those unable to attend.
