NEW CLUB FORM

 

On May 14th, 2024, the board approved use of a new form to be used by all discipline directors. This form will be used when holding work parties where volunteers participate in helping with club improvements. Since these events are normally advertised in advance, the participants are not required to sign-in at the club house. Therefore, we do not have a record of members who were on the property at that time. It is the responsibility of the person in charge of the event to fill out this form and email or send it to the Vice President, Paul Montini (montinipaul@yahoo.com) after the event. These records will also be used for the end-of-year list of volunteers eligible for our prize drawing at our Club Christmas Party.
